Fees | Third Party - Workcover and MVA: as per the RTWSA gazetted fee schedule.
- All pending claims will require pre-approval from their insurer.
| Private - APS (2024/2025) recommends a fee of $311 for a 46 to 60 minute consult. Our fee is $240 for a standard 50 minute. A rebate is available with a mental health care plan from your GP.
- Private Health Fund - Please check with your health fund regarding your eligible cover.

Cancellation Policy | We understand at times appointments need to be cancelled. However, there is often a waitlist for new clients and we therefore have limited capacity for cancellations and non-attendances. Each client will receive a text or email reminder 72 hours prior to their appointment. A cancellation fee (full fee) will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time. Individuals who fail to attend their appointment without notice may not be rescheduled. |
